Magic Fables is an open-source AI-powered service that generates animated fairy tales for children. We provide users with the ability to create, view, and share these stories.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. However, by using Magic Fables, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Magic Fables for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
  • Using our services to distribute malware or other harmful content
  • Generating content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate for children

6. Intellectual Property

Magic Fables is an open-source project licensed under the MIT License. The source code is available on GitHub. While the code is open source, our logo, brand name, and other proprietary assets are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Fables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Magic Fables after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
